When you see a product you like simply type in the quantity you wish to buy and click the 'Add to basket' button.

You can view 'Your Basket' at any time by clicking the 'Basket' button at the top of the page.

You can remove items from your basket by entering a quantity of '0' next to the product and clicking the 'Update' button or by clicking on the “Waste Bin” icon.

You can change the quantity of each product. Remember to click the 'Update' button.

When you have finished shopping click the 'Checkout' button.

Either login using details from an existing account (if you have forgotten your password click on the link and we will send it to you) or create a new account at Fly53.

If you are a new customer please enter your invoice and delivery details. If you are returning customer you can choose existing addresses to use for invoices and deliveries or add new ones.

Review your order and add notes if you would like to.  Agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box. 

Click the 'Place order' button to complete the transaction.

You will be redirected to Worldpay to collect your payment.  Enter you credit or debit card details exactly as they are shown on your card. Worldpay accept Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Connect, Delta and Visa.

This is a secure system. We do not store your credit card details on our server after payment for your order has been processed.

When your payment has been processed Worldpay will return you to the website.  You can view your order in ‘My Account’, continue shopping or leave the site.

You will receive an email from Worldpay confirming your payment details.

You will also be sent an email message by the website with your order details.

We will also send notification to you by email when you order has been Despatched.

Standard UK Delivery

Up to £30 is £5.00 (within UK)
Over £30 is FREE

We aim to process UK orders within 1 day if placed before 1pm and subject to stock levels and cleared payment.

Postage for orders under £30 will be charged at £5.00, orders over £30 have free delivery. The majority of packages will be despatched by post within 3 working days. On despatch, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to follow up on your parcel.

Special Delivery (UK orders only) - £6.50

Special Delivery will be charged at £6.50 and will be delivered within 1-2 working days.
We aim to dispatch Special Delivery orders on the same day (Monday – Friday) if the order is placed before 1pm (excludes Bank Holidays in England and Wales).
On dispatch, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.

Overseas delivery – £5.00 (Western Europe) and £10 (ROW)

Overseas Postage will be charged at £5.00 (Western Europe) and £10.00 Rest of World (ROW). The majority of packages will be dispatched by post. We aim to dispatch all Overseas orders within 1 day, subject to stock levels and cleared payment.
On dispatch, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.
The customer is responsible for any custom levies or duties on the goods purchased.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (i.e. unused, unsoiled and in their original packaging, with any tags intact) within 14 days of receipt. We will then issue a full refund upon receipt and examination (excluding return postage). The customer is responsible for any custom levies or duties on the goods purchased.

If you have a complaint about our services or products please contact Customer Services. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner. It is our policy to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days, keeping you informed along the way.
