Ordering online
When you see a product you like simply type in the quantity you wish to buy and click the 'Add to basket' button.
You can view 'Your Basket' at any time by clicking the 'Basket' button at the top of the page.
Your Basket page
You can remove items from your basket by entering a quantity of '0' next to the product and clicking the 'Update' button or by clicking on the “Waste Bin” icon.
You can change the quantity of each product. Remember to click the 'Update' button.
When you have finished shopping click the 'Checkout' button.
Either login using details from an existing account (if you have forgotten your password click on the link and we will send it to you) or create a new account at Fly53.
If you are a new customer please enter your invoice and delivery details. If you are returning customer you can choose existing addresses to use for invoices and deliveries or add new ones.
Review your order and add notes if you would like to. Agree to the terms and conditions by ticking the box.
Click the 'Place order' button to complete the transaction.
You will be redirected to Worldpay to collect your payment. Enter you credit or debit card details exactly as they are shown on your card. Worldpay accept Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, Connect, Delta and Visa.
This is a secure system. We do not store your credit card details on our server after payment for your order has been processed.
When your payment has been processed Worldpay will return you to the website. You can view your order in ‘My Account’, continue shopping or leave the site.
You will receive an email from Worldpay confirming your payment details.
You will also be sent an email message by the website with your order details.
We will also send notification to you by email when you order has been Despatched.
Delivery
Standard UK Delivery
UK Delivery is currently FREE on full price items only. Any items reduced in price will incur a delivery fee of £5.00 if the total basket value is under £50.
We aim to process UK orders within 1 working day if placed before 1pm and subject to stock levels and cleared payment. The majority of packages will be despatched by royal mail within 3 working days. On despatch, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to follow up on your parcel.
Overseas delivery
Europe Delivery Fee - £5
Rest of World Delivery Fee - £10
The majority of packages will be dispatched by post. We aim to process all overseas orders within 1 day and despatch within 3 working days, subject to stock levels and cleared payment.
On despatch, you will be sent an email with a tracking link to follow your parcel.
The customer is responsible for any custom levies or duties on the goods purchased.
Returns policy
Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their original condition (i.e. unused, unsoiled and in their original packaging, with any tags intact) within 14 days of receipt (despatch) for a refund. We will then issue a refund, excluding postage, within 5 working days of receipt and examination.
Exchanges
We offer an exchange on all item(s) returned within 28 days of despatch. We are happy to exchange any item for a different style, size or colour. We are also able to exchange an item for another item for the same or lesser value. Currently we are unable to exchange item(s) for a garment of greater value.
Please ensure the Returns Form is included in your return parcel. Returns Forms are enclosed in your original order parcel. If the form is misplaced, please include return note detailing your name, address and order reference number and what you’d like in exchange or for a refund.
We currently do not offer free returns or refund postage unless the items are faulty. The customer is responsible for any custom levies or duties on the goods purchased.
